Group C final orchestral round is scheduled on 19-20 April, at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society in Vilnius, conductor Martynas Staškus.

The Competition is open to pianists and violinists of all nationalities, who provide they align with the values presented in the EMCY statement and are born on or after 19 June, 2004.

The Jury of the XXIII National Balys Dvarionas Competition for Piano and Strings will assess and select candidates based on the videos submitted for the pre-selection round.
